Sally Heady Hypnotherapist in Manchester

I am a Master Practitioner Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Coach. I trained at the internationally renowned Quest Institute in London under Trevor Silvester. I have also trained under Dr Brian Roet and Rubin Battino.

Clients see me for hypnotherapy and coaching in my Manchester therapy rooms or online via Zoom. Prior to my career as a therapist and coach I worked as a solicitor in London and Manchester. I specialise in helping professionals who suffer from stress and anxiety in the workplace to create a working life they love.

I strongly believe in every person’s ability to change their lives for the better. I was able to transition from my legal career to running my own business because I experienced the power of overcoming my limiting beliefs about what I could accomplish. I know what its like to feel stifled and unfulfilled, as well as being scared of change. Thankfully over the years I have learned how liberating it is to move past fear, which has resulted in me living a life I never thought I was ‘brave enough’ to live.

I work collaboratively with my clients so that they feel completely supported in making the changes they want to make in their lives. I help my clients regain  control over their thoughts, feelings and behaviours from their very first session. I love watching my clients grow free of their problems so they can concentrate on creating all the positive things they want out of life.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) which implements the highest standards of training and professional ethics amongst its members. I am also a member of the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA).

I live in Chorlton, Manchester, with my husband and son.

‘On our first session I found Sally unbelievably easy to talk to.  She was sensitive and considerate and actually got me to speak about things with ease and comfort that I had never told anyone. I felt that I had full trust in her and I was able to relax during that first session.’
