Sally Heady Hypnotherapist in Manchester

I am a Master Practitioner Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Coach. I trained at the internationally renowned Quest Institute in London under Trevor Silvester. I see clients for therapy and coaching in person or remotely via Skype. Prior to my career as a therapist and coach I worked as a solicitor in London and Manchester. I am particularly experienced in helping professionals who suffer from stress and anxiety in the workplace.

I strongly believe in every person’s ability to change their lives for the better. I was able to transition from my legal career to running my own business because I experienced the power of personal change. I know what its like to feel stifled and unfulfilled, as well as being scared of change. Thankfully over the years I have learned how liberating it is to move past fear, which has resulted in me living a life I never thought I was ‘brave enough’ to live.

I work collaboratively with my clients so that they don’t need to ‘wait for something to happen’ to move forward. I help my clients regain  control over their thoughts, feelings and behaviours from their very first session. I love watching my clients grow free of their problems so they can concentrate on creating all the positive things they want out of life.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) which implements the highest standards of training and professional ethics amongst its members. I am also a member of the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA) and the  Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Now that you have read a bit about me, why not contact me to discuss how I might help you as a Coach and Hypnotherapist in Manchester.

‘On our first session I found Sally unbelievably easy to talk to.  She was sensitive and considerate and actually got me to speak about things with ease and comfort that I had never told anyone. I felt that I had full trust in her and I was able to relax during that first session.’
