Whilst everything might feel really complicated and difficult right now, moments of ‘stuckness’ are often down to one or two beliefs or fears. The good news is once you break through them, its sets you on your path to greater confidence, contentment and purpose. You’re freed up to take an exponential leap towards a life on your terms.
Which is why I’m offering Breakthrough sessions: a unique opportunity to get to the bottom of the biggest obstacle that’s stopping you from pursuing the path that will bring you the most happiness and fulfilment.
This will be an intensive, transformative experience for anyone who is ready to stop settling and instead take bold, positive action towards a life that grows their happiness.
My Break-through session is for you if:
- Something is blocking you from pursuing the path you want to take: whether it’s one of better balance, a career change, a secret dream or project
- You start making progress or success in certain areas in your life but for some reason you keep sabotaging and stalling once you reach a certain level.
- You’re aware you struggle with beliefs like “I’m not good enough”, “I don’t deserve” or “it needs to be perfect”.
- You’re ready to do the deep or intensive work required in order for you to break through these limitations and to become the person you need to be to create a life on your terms.

Here’s what a Break-through session with me looks like:
1. Your welcome pack
You’ll be laying the foundations for our 1-1 session together through a series of exercises which will give you insights and clarity around what needs to change for you to create a life on your terms.
2. Our 1-1 Session: Via Zoom or Face-to-Face in Manchester
We’ll allow up to 2 hours for us to get to the bottom of whatever has been holding you back and let it go. By the end of our time together you’ll be able to towards a life of greater purpose and fulfilment.
Whilst you might feel challenged at times, I will create safe, warm space dedicated to your transformation. I will be there to support you, cheer you on and we’ll enjoy some laughter along the way.
You’ll receive expert coaching, practical tools and an evidence-based approach to helping you unblock the patterns and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck. You’ll also get humour, compassion and a fellow human to sit beside you through this journey of self-discovery.
If the prospect of 2 hours feels daunting to you, rest assured we will take regular breaks and you will have moments to pause and reflect to ensure we go at the right pace for you.
3. Creating a permanent change
Following our session, you’ll be sent follow-up tasks to ensure your transformation is a permanent one.
Your follow-up pack includes a bespoke, guided relaxation recording which will reflect the work we did together.
